Have ordered from them for 14 years now. Always good food and fast service. Hardly ever a mistake on the order and, if there is, they'll fix it right away.

Good quality food and reliable delivery. If they carried Coke products, they would get 5 stars.

Gracie's always has great food and fast service. Their hamburgers are the most flavorful ever! And I love their potato salad (homemade) and their chicken fingers with honey mustard... real chicken breast, not chopped/glued together chicken bits. Their desserts are all wonderful as well.

SUPER FAST delivery, always fresh & hot & nice delivery guy. It's a little more pricey than other diners but it is SO worth it. My #1 on seamless for upper east side.

My burger had cheese on both sides of the bun which was a nice surprise and made the burger so yummy! The veggies were fresh and delivery was quick. I will order from here again.

First time I ordered a bialy and got a bagel. They were nice enough to bring over the correct order. This time I ordered a hot chocolate with milk and NOT water. I received hot chocolate water. Called back and they sent me half a cup of hot chocolate with milk this time. Now I'm waiting 36 mins and counting for the 3rd cup. Not to mention I paid $7 and I'm across the street.

I ordered chocolate milk, got regular milk.
Toast came with this order, soggy and no butter
Coffee spilled in this BOX not bag, covered everything
No salt came with the order
Very disappointed. Never again.

Great for breakfast and lunch. If you want a good egg omelet with toast and potatoes, or a burger with fries go for it. Anything else on the menu is garbage. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

very late arrival of food. when questioned the company as to its whereabouts I was basically told if i want to cancel it I should go online to seemless and cancel otherwise id have to wait...!

Gracie's is always quick to deliver and tasty! They forgot the honey mustard which is a BIG no-no if you knew me, but overall I'm a fan.

First the food is always good and that is not the issue. Getting ripped off is the problem I have. The Challah french toast is awesome and fresh, however if you order something and they don't send it FORGET IT! Order Late night pie with two scoops of ice cream and whipped cream (not everyone is on a diet) Get one scoop any call attitude and condescending conversation. They asked me "do you expect us to send just one scoop?" Um…..Yes. Pepsi is 2.50 they forgot it and brought back a can of soda. Can?? Inflation is fast and punishment is swift. The delivery guy got an attitude like it's my fault. I bet i'm not the first to complain. Ohhh and before I forget 33.49 for lunch and trust me it was not 33 worth of food. Yes I kicked myself for wasting that much on food with them. So disappointing. RIP OFF!

Don't waste your money! Overpriced, arrives incomplete and sloppily boxed (no bags). Ordered the Spaghetti & Meatballs - arrived with a tiny bit of sauce (not enough to cover the pasta) and no grated cheese. Given the choice of "Soup of the Day", I called to get the list and noted Lentil - they sent bland mushy chicken soup. The salad was a handful of lettuce and 3 cherry tomatoes. The coffees, which we ordered "light with half & half and 3 Splenda in each" were the color of mud with a burnt flavor. The delivery guy clumsily handed me two open boxes with coffee spilling all over as everything was just dropped in the boxes.
But they did manage to include a bunch of ketchup packages...for what, I have no idea.
Don't waste your money on a bad meal!

I put in my delivery information that the delivery person must have ID in order to enter my building. He did not, and I had I to go downstairs to pick up my food. Then, the food wasn't even in a bag, it was in a leaky cardboard, open box that I had to carry upstairs. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they apologized, but brushed it off and offered no compensation. Mistakes happen in restaurants, but doing nothing to remedy mistakes is simply bad business. I will never order from here again.

GREAT SERVICE AND AMAZING COOKS :) I order the Western Omelette w/ the Latin Flavor (El Sabor Latino) and the cooks/chefs know just what I mean and make it for me just how I like it. I am loyal to that place. They are the BEST!!!!

I ordered the new Greek yogurt parfait and even with a discount, it came out to $10. I expected a large portion but instead got a measley cup!!! It was so not worth it and it had very very little granola. I should've went to the deli!

The 3 out of 5 stars is overall because it is a diner, not Le Cirque. For a coffee shop, 5 out 5. My favorite diner in the neighborhood. Only one that delivers food in one of those heavy keep warm bags. Best turkey sausage and soup around.

Order arrived on time and neatly packaged with lots of extras. Salad portions are huge, made with quality ingredients - a great value. I also like the chili, but if you're hungry - get the big one. .... oh, and steer clear of the bread pudding - it's just wierd.

By far the worst matzoh ball soup I have ever tasted. Couldn't even eat it. They did however package the food nicely, so it did not spill, get soggy or cold.

Way too much hollandaise sauce - the bread was soggy by the time it arrive - also they put it on bread instead of english muffin, despite the fact that i specifically said i wanted it on the english muffin.

Awesome food for late night. The grilled chicken breast and bacon sandwich was to die for. It all arrived hot even at 1am.
Posted 3 years ago by Georgina N.
The grilled cheese was very good and very creamy cheesy (just don't add tomato or it will be incredibly soggy). But the sweet potato fries taste pretty fake and like they've been frozen and overcooked. Do NOT get the chocolate chip cookie- it's big and very hard and tasteless... one of the worst cookies i've ever had.

Gracie's has some really great items: burgers, baked potatoes, and fries. The burgers are pretty large for the price but there are some things to avoid like the homemade mashed potatoes. Maybe I got a bad batch but they tasted like instant mashed potatoes. Aside from that I haven't had anything that I didn't enjoy and they deliver consistently under 20 minutes!
Posted 3 years ago by Courtney R.
I was sick so I decided to order their matzo ball soup. Never again. Their balls are tiny - and the broth watery and flavorless. Next time, I'll just make it myself from a box of matzo ball mix and some carrots.

I have been going to Gracie's Corner for years, and so the fact that they are very close to my apartment is a huge plus. I order the Eggs Benedict constantly, but everything I have ever had from here has been great as well. They're always friendly and FAST!

Food was TERRIBLE. The steak was way too burnt to even be considered well done. The bread was soggy. Even the fries and onion rings were below par. Think twice before ordering from here. I wish someone would have warned me.

BLT and Matzoh Ball soup was delic! Took way less then estimated time. This is the first place that I have ordered from off of seamless web that is actually good.

Matzoh ball soup shouldn't be hard to find in an NYC diner, but this place had some of the worst I've ever tried, it was watery and just gross. I was also all excited to try their Irish Sausage and it was terrible as well, totally not fully cooked. The only halfway edible thing was a baked potato.

With most diners, I find that delivery can make food less enjoyable, but that is not the case with Gracie's! The food at Gracie's is great. They have some of the best fries I have ever had. They are perfectly salted and have great kick and taste and they come fresh on delivery. Most places have soggy fries, but not Gracie's. They have amazing sandwiches and wonderful late night breakfast!
Posted 5 years ago by Steven C.
I order from Gracie's often bc it is the closest diner to my apt, and for the most part they are pretty good. The food is never bad, but it's also never really that great either. For example: you could order a chicken dinner and the chicken itself will be okay (warm, kinda tasty) but the sides will be off, veggies very watery & plain, mashed potatoes mostly tasteless. On the brighter side, their entrees are all very generous in portion, and I almost always find myself either splitting them or saving half for later, which is a plus. (Their turkey dinner is particularly tasty and large in portion). And btw, delivery is very fast, which is great. Though, overall, the food at Gracie's is bland, lacking in flavor and "good" at best. Good in that kind of way that tells you the owner probably gets enough business to not really have to scrutinize the quality of food, which is why s/he doesn't and may never.....Bottomline is: if you can't really find anything else, Gracie's isn't a bad pick, but you won't find yourself exactly craving their distinct flavors again. So if you have access to butter, salt and pepper, you can spice things up just enough to come out with a decent meal in the end.

The corned beef on their Reuben was inedible it was so full of gristle. Everything else (potato salad, cottage cheese, fries) was average.
